As part of the Russell Group, we have been shortlisted for a prestigious British Business Award, competing alongside 149 organisations from across the UK, including global brands, leading SMEs and family-run businesses.

The awards ceremony will take place on 30 April 2026 at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre, featuring a special appearance from George Clooney.

Russell Group has been recognised in the Green Business of the Year category, joining a shortlist that includes some of the most influential names in business. All shortlisted companies will also be included in the inaugural British Business Leaders List, highlighting organisations shaping the UK’s economic future.

This year saw over 400 entries, with businesses assessed across five key areas: performance, innovation, workforce and culture, customer impact, and contribution to the wider economy. Final winners will be selected by an independent judging panel chaired by Alan Jope.

The event is expected to welcome up to 2,000 business leaders and will raise funds for Social Bite, supporting efforts to tackle homelessness across the UK.
